Frances Gecker, the chapter 11 trustee in the bankruptcy case of Automotive Professionals Inc. ("API"), filed this adversary proceeding against Goldman Sachs & Co. She alleges claims to avoid Goldman's lien on various financial accounts of API and to equitably subordinate Goldman's secured claim.
