Before the Court is an Objection To Proof Of Claim ("Objection") (Doc. 37) filed by the Debtor. The Objection contests the arrearage claim of U.S. Bank ("USB"). The Debtor believes that a portion of the claim should be paid as an unsecured claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(a). USB believes its claim should be paid in full.
