HOWE, Judge:

¶ 1 Real Party in Interest Matthew Voris appeals from the superior court's order reversing the justice court's order precluding the State's expert witness from testifying. The parties contest whether an expert witness may testify as to her own independent opinion when she relies on facts and data prepared by a non-testifying expert. We hold that the expert may testify when the basis of her independent opinion are forensic reports...
