OPINION

¶ 1 The state seeks review of the trial court's January 2014 ruling granting relief on Ronnie Vera's petition for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ariz. R.Crim. P. Vera has filed a cross-petition and maintains the court abused its discretion in denying his request for immediate release from prison. We grant review and, for the following reasons, we grant relief to the state and vacate the court's order...
