¶ 1 Anjackco, Inc., appeals from the superior court's award of attorneys' fees to Margaret Hurley Clark on Clark's complaint seeking inspection of certain corporate records. Anjackco contends that Clark was not entitled to an award of fees under A.R.S. § 10-1604, which requires a corporation to pay a shareholder plaintiff's fees if the court grants the plaintiff's request for an order to permit inspection and copying...
