¶ 1 We are asked to decide whether a person gambling on Internet websites can bring a private right of action to recover his losses under the Organized Crime, Fraud and Terrorism Act, Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 13-2314.04(A),1 also known as Arizona RICO or Arizona's racketeering statute.
