¶ 1 Beth and Enrico Laos ("the Laoses") appeal from the trial court's denial of their Rule 60(c)(5), Ariz. R. Civ. P., motion for relief from judgment entered in favor of John Munic Enterprises, Inc. ("Munic"), and its denial of their request for a fair market valuation hearing pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-1566.
