¶ 1 Mark Anthony Lucas appeals his convictions and sentences for two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of transferring dangerous drugs, and two counts of involving a minor in drug offenses. He raises several issues on appeal, all but one of which we resolve in a separate memorandum decision pursuant to Arizona Rule of Criminal Procedure 31.26.
