¶ 1 Payson Healthcare Management (PHM) appeals from the trial court's denial of its motion for new trial after a medical malpractice case ended in judgment for the appellee, Lori Sandretto. PHM contends the court erred in denying the motion, which included claims the court made erroneous evidentiary rulings, improperly denied a continuance request, and improperly approved a co-defendant's settlement agreement.
