¶ 1 In this special action, petitioner State of Arizona challenges the respondent judge's ruling remanding the criminal action against Justin Chase to the grand jury and ordering that it be instructed on two possible "interpretations" of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (AMMA), A.R.S. §§ 36-2801 through 36-2819.
