¶ 1 Gilbert Tuscany Lender, LLC (GT Lender) and Chandler Heights McQueen Lender, LLC (CHM Lender) (collectively, the Lenders) appeal the trial court's order granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Wells Fargo Bank (Wells Fargo).
