¶ 1 The Arizona Department of Economic Security ("ADES") challenges the dismissal of a dependency petition based on lack of jurisdiction pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act ("UCCJEA"),1 codified in Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") sections 25-1001 to 25-1067 (West 2013).
