OPINION

SWANN, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellant Thomas D. appeals a juvenile court order terminating his probation as unsuccessful and requiring him to register as a sex offender. We hold that when the state seeks to terminate a juvenile from probation unsuccessfully based on an alleged violation, termination proceedings under Ariz. R.P. Juv. Ct. 31 are insufficient, and the court must comply with the revocation procedures...
