¶ 1 Appellant Marshal Castle appeals the superior court's dismissal of his claim for violation of Arizona's Consumer Fraud Act (the Act), Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) sections 44-1521 through 44-1534 (2003 & Supp. 2010), against Appellee Barrett-Jackson Auction Company, LLC (Barrett-Jackson).
