¶ 1 The plaintiffs, Marquette Venture Partners II, L.P., and MVP II Affiliates Fund, L.P. (collectively "Marquette"), challenge Frank Leonesio's ("Leonesio")1 cross-appeal claims. Specifically, Marquette argues that Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 12-2102(C) (2003) precludes our review of the sufficiency of the evidence to support a jury verdict when an Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure...
