¶ 1 This appeal arises out of an arbitration award in favor of a contractor, plaintiff/appellee W Inc. We hold the superior court properly confirmed the award against defendant/appellant Pioneer Family Investments, LLC, because Pioneer waived its defense that W Inc. was an unlicensed contractor by failing to raise it in the arbitration.
