¶ 1 Defendants-Appellants Philip A. Kenner, Standard Advisors L.L.C., and Standard Advisors Inc. (collectively "Kenner") appeal the superior court's order confirming an arbitration award granting Plaintiffs-Appellees Owen Nolan and Diana Nolan (collectively "Nolan") approximately $2,700,000 in damages and attorneys' fees for Kenner's breach of fiduciary duty.
