¶ 1 Neeme Systems Solutions, Inc. ("Neeme") obtained a default judgment against Spectrum Aeronautical, LLC ("Spectrum") in this action while a similar suit between the same parties was pending in Utah. The trial court granted Spectrum's motion to set aside the judgment based in part on Neeme's failure to provide notice to Spectrum's attorney in Utah.
