¶ 1 Gloria Urias and American Liberty Bail Bonds (collectively, "American Liberty") appeal from the trial court's judgment forfeiting a $75,000 appearance bond after the defendant, Jesus Gonzalez-Lugo, failed to appear for court proceedings, including his criminal trial.
