¶ 1 Appellant Cardinal & Stachel, P.C., ("the law firm") appeals from the trial court's dismissal of its claim against Kieran Curtiss for attorney fees incurred by his wife Leela, who died while their marriage dissolution proceedings were pending. The law firm maintains the court erred in determining the fees were not community debts for which Kieran was liable after his wife's death. We agree and therefore reverse the...
