¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Danny Mason was convicted of kidnapping, aggravated assault causing a fracture, theft of a means of transportation, armed robbery, aggravated robbery, and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument. On appeal, Mason argues the latter two convictions for aggravated assault violated double jeopardy because they arose from the same offense...
