Donahoe erred when he found Maricopa County Detention Officer Adam Stoddard ("Stoddard") in indirect civil contempt and ordered him to publicly apologize to defense counsel, Ms. Joanne Cuccia ("Cuccia"), at a news conference or be jailed until he apologized.
