SWANN, Judge.

¶ 1 Alvin J. Sweeney ("Appellant") was convicted of Transportation of Narcotic Drugs for Sale after the superior court denied a motion to suppress evidence seized from his car. We hold that after a lawful traffic stop has concluded, an officer must have reasonable cause to initiate a second detention of a suspect.
