DOWNIE, Judge.

¶ 1 Abdullah M. Yonan, M.D., Nawal P. Yonan, and Phoenix Medical Group, P.C. ("defendants") challenge the superior court's order that they pay attorneys' fees and costs as a sanction for a mistrial declared after the court found they violated pretrial disclosure requirements.
