VÁSQUEZ, Judge.

¶ 1 In this action to enforce an easement, appellants Daniel and Sherri Dorsey appeal from the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of Paul and Rachel Kadlec and Duane and Brenda Howell (collectively, Kadlec), and its denial of the Dorseys' motion for partial summary judgment.
