OPINION

BARKER, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellants Keith and Stacy King (hereinafter the "Kings") appeal the superior court's final judgment in their contract action against Ralph Titsworth ("Titsworth"). The Kings raise four issues on appeal. In this opinion, we only address the issue relating to attorneys' fees, and we vacate the trial court's award of attorneys' fees in favor of Titsworth.
