¶ 1 Following a jury trial, appellant Anson Norris was convicted of second-degree burglary, a class three felony. After determining Norris had a prior felony conviction, the trial court enhanced his sentence under former A.R.S. § 13-6041 and imposed a presumptive, 6.5-year prison term. See 2005 Ariz. Sess.
