¶ 1 Shawn P. Karr (Defendant) appeals his conviction for first degree murder as well as the sentence imposed following his conviction for misconduct involving weapons. Defendant contends that the trial court erred when it: (1) failed to instruct the jury regarding the burden of proof for self-defense; (2) ordered that the sentence for misconduct involving weapons be served consecutively to the sentence imposed for murder; and...
