OPINION

ESPINOSA, Judge.

¶ 1 In this contract action, Daniel Hardison, Sr. appeals from the trial court's order granting partial summary judgment in favor of appellee Alvin Ratliff on his complaint for damages arising from Hardison's breach of his agreement to purchase Ratliff's farm. For the reasons below, we affirm.
