PER CURIAM
In 2012, appellant Rodney Fletcher was found guilty by a jury of commercial burglary, theft of property, and fraud. He was found not guilty of eighteen counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Appellant was sentenced to serve an aggregate term of 1,200 months' imprisonment and a fine of $35,000 was imposed. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Fletcher v.
