Appellant Oscar Hernandez was convicted by a Benton County jury of two counts of rape, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 5-14-103(a)(3)(A) (Repl. 2013), and was sentenced to twenty-five years' imprisonment for one count and thirty-two years' imprisonment for the second count, to run concurrently.
