The Garland County Circuit Court entered a default judgment against appellant Unifund CCR Partners and awarded appellee Kay Thornton $4,000, plus $28,180.43 to her attorneys. For reversal, Unifund argues that the circuit court erred in failing to set aside the default judgment and in finding that it acted in bad faith during an attempted settlement. We affirm.
