Harold "Bud" Ward appeals from an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court in which the circuit court found him in contempt for failing to obey prior orders. He argues on appeal that the order constitutes an improper modification of the divorce decree, that appellee Linda Ward (Tutton) failed to prove contempt, and that she failed to reserve the issue of attorney's fees.
