This case is before us for the second time. On May 17, 2012, the circuit court granted summary judgment to Michael G. Horn and W.M. Hogan (now appellees) and dismissed the complaint of Robert Fureigh (appellant) for claims of defamation, tortious interference with a contractual relationship, and the tort of outrage. We dismissed the first appeal in Fureigh v. Horn, 2013 Ark.App. 287, 2013 WL 1857755, finding that the order lacked finality...
