Appellants Kenneth and Ella Brooks appeal from the March 18, 2013 order of the Mississippi County Circuit Court granting appellee Terry Abstract's motion for summary judgment. Appellants also appeal the March 25, 2013 order granting appellee Centerpoint Energy Gas Transmission's (CEGT) motion for summary judgement. The order also granted CEGT the injunctive relief it sought against appellants.
