Steve Jeffrey Thrapp appeals the April 24, 2013 decision of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission (Commission), affirming and adopting the administrative law judge's (ALJ) decision that he failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he sustained compensable injuries.
