The issue in this case is whether the trial court correctly granted appellee Alexander Fernandez's motion to set aside a default judgment in favor of appellant Robbin Powell due to defective service. We affirm the trial court's decision. Powell and Fernandez were involved in an automobile accident on November 4, 2009.
