After Tommy Hamm died in 2006, his will was probated. It named, among others, his brother Jerry Hamm, and one of his sisters, Lynda Hamm, as beneficiaries. Lynda, as executrix of the estate and a potential residuary beneficiary, filed a petition to disinherit her brother Jerry Hamm. The White County Circuit Court denied the petition in a written order.
