This case arises out of a contractual dispute between the parties, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Mississippi County, Inc. d/b/a Baptist Memorial Hospital-Blytheville, and d/b/a Baptist Memorial Hospital-Osceola (BMH), appellants, and Dr. Madhu Kalyan, M.D., appellee.
