Appellant Johnnie Black, the wife of Everette R. Black and administratrix of his estate, appeals in her capacity as administratrix from the August 13, 2012 order granting summary judgment to appellees Dr. John Rowen and JP Rowen Surgery, PLLC.1 Appellant contends on appeal that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to appellees. We find no error and affirm the grant of summary judgment.
