Givens, as acting Executive Director of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, filed with this court a petition for disbarment against Alice Ward Greene on November 9, 2011. Ms. Greene was personally served with a summons on November 14, 2011, and an amended summons on January 5, 2012.
