Ozark Capital Corporation appeals from an order entered on November 2, 2011, wherein the trial court ruled that Ozark's business records were inadmissible and dismissed its complaint against appellee Mary A. Pullen. On appeal, Ozark contends that the trial court abused its discretion in excluding its business records, which reflected a credit-card debt owed by Ms. Pullen.
