The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed a judgment reflecting petitioner Isaac Dewayne Russell's 2004 conviction and 192-month sentence on a charge of first-degree domestic battering. Russell v. State, CACR 05-241 (Ark. App. Oct. 26, 2005) (unpublished). Petitioner filed a petition in this court to reinvest jurisdiction in the trial court to consider a petition for writ of error coram nobis concerning that conviction, and that petition was denied...
