PER CURIAM.

On February 23, 2012, we ordered attorney Mr. Ronald L. Davis to appear before this court to show cause why he should not be held in civil contempt for failing to file a timely brief for Appellant Michael Gulley. On March 8, 2012, Mr. Davis pled not guilty to contempt and requested a hearing.
