PER CURIAM.
In 2007, a jury in Ashley County found appellant Oliver L. Leak, Jr., guilty of battery in the first degree and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to ten years in prison on the battery charge and a five-year suspended imposition of sentence on the felon-in-possession charge. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Leak v.
