The Pulaski County Circuit Court found appellant Kyle Dishman guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and sentenced him as an habitual offender to ten years' imprisonment. Pursuant to the State's petition, the trial court also revoked appellant's probation in connection with previous drug convictions, and he was sentenced to serve ten years concurrently with the sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver.
