Appellant Jacob Populis appeals his conviction for manufacturing marijuana, for which he was sentenced by the jury as a habitual offender to thirty years' imprisonment. On appeal, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction and also argues that the testimony of a witness who was not disclosed during discovery was erroneously admitted by the trial court.
