In 2006, petitioner Brad E. Crawford was found guilty by a jury of murder in the first degree and sentenced to 708 months' imprisonment. In the same proceeding, the trial court revoked the suspended sentences from prior convictions entered in 2000. One appeal was taken from both the revocation order and the judgment of conviction, and the Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Crawford v. State, CACR 07-446 (Ark.
