Appellants Pam's Investment Properties, Inc. (Pam's) and Sharokh Abedi appeal from the circuit court's order granting the motion for summary judgment filed by appellees Terry McCampbell, Keith Conner, Bryan Moore, and other similarly situated residents of the Jamestown Addition of the City of White Hall (McCampbell).
