Christopher and Pheth Stout were married on January 10, 2004. The parties have one child, D.S., born October 7, 2003, and Pheth has a child from a previous relationship, K.P. On July 16, 2009, Christopher filed for divorce, seeking joint custody of D.S. Pheth filed an answer and counterclaim for divorce, seeking custody of D.S., child support, and spousal support.
